CAUTION:
Whether used HOT or COLD, it is advisable to check that the

To use as a cold pack, store The Touchpack in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour. Cold packs are very effective for reducing swelling immediately after an injury has been sustained and can aid in a fast recovery.

Cold Use
Put the pack into the refrigerator freezer 60 minutes after pre-cooling, also it can be used and placed in the refrigerator for a longer time.
