BPA Free Non Conductive 26650 Lithium Battery PCM is a solid PCM for battery thermal management that incorporates advanced Phase Change Materials (PCMs). These are substances uniquely capable of absorbing, storing, and releasing significant amounts of thermal energy during a phase transition, typically from solid to liquid, to precisely regulate temperature.

Our solid PCM for battery thermal management, enhanced with high thermal conductivity through graphite composite, acts as a crucial shield for the thermal safety management of Li-ion batteries. These PCMs intelligently sense and monitor the temperature system in real-time, becoming soft to absorb overload or overcharged heat energy. This energy is then stored, and when the battery cells cool, the stored energy is released to the ambient environment.
